Dodgeball, where smaller and weaker children are forced to play against older and stronger children as licensed bullying for the amusement of gym teachers, also makes a great stag or hen do activity, and now we’re offering it in many locations up and down the UK.
Many people know it just from the film Dodgeball with Will Ferrell, and some may have been the victim of cruel gym teachers, but any group looking to do something active on their weekend may find this unusual stag or hen activity just the ticket. As in the film Dodgeball, the game has a real competitive edge intensified by ability to cause your unwitting opponents mild discomfort from clattering them with the balls.
There are a number of variations of the game, some of which you will be introduced to during the activity, but the idea is to eliminate all the players on the opposing team, either by hitting hem with a thrown ball, catching a ball thrown by an opposition player, or forcing someone to move outside of the court boundaries as a ball is thrown at them.
