We`ve designed a 2-hour package of fun and frolic to celebrate your hen party!
Start off with an energising warm up to loosen up those muscles then on to the fun! In the pole section, you will be taught ways on how to build your confidence on stage, deportment and posture, body language. You`ll become a whiz on the pole performing eye-catching tricks and sexy moves. In the lap dance section, you will be taught tantalising moves and grooves along with the etiquette of seduction. By the end of the course you will feel confident enough to take the moves home with you to impress your partner and even Spice up your bedroom! At the end of the session, each participant will perform their own routine on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt, last but not least finishing off with a relaxing warm down. Please note a minimum 10 people is required for this event.

Right in the heart of the bustling old town, just a short walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and waterfront. What started as an exercise in emphasising the difference of the hotel's 65 bedrooms through art, turned into the countries largest art commission! Each room is individually themed and different. Of course every room has all the bits and bobs that you expect in hotels, but also some things you might not expect - wonderfully comfortable beds - crisp Egyptian cotton sheeting, thick fluffy towels and LCD TV's. Attached to the hotel is "Fruit" - serving some great cocktails which you'll get to enjoy on Friday evening, also included is dinner on Saturday night before you head out to sample Southampton's nightlife.
