Italian Cookery School with Meal

• This Fab Cookery School event offers a delicious and indulgent  Hen Event! In gorgeous, private kitchens with an Italian chef, your group will have fun creating authentic Italian recipes while sipping fine Sicilian wines.
• At the end of your ‘hard labour’ your Hen Party will then enjoy the restaurant-quality meal they have had a hand in creating and the bride or groom may have even learnt some tips with which they can wow their other half! How it works....The emphasis is on fun, relaxation and enjoyment. Rather than mindless amounts of chopping or arm-straining mixing, participants are invited to ‘sip and stir,’ enjoying fine wines as they cook in a state-of-the-art kitchen. At the end of their session, hungry and fully relaxed, the group will sit down together and are served the gourmet food they have created!

  Homemade Fresh Ravioli with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese dressed with Brown Butter & Sage 
  Fillet of Pork Stuffed with Sun Blushed Tomatoes and Marsala Soaked Sultanas in White Wine Sauce - served with Butternut Squash Bundles wrapped in pancetta & Garlic & Rosemary Sauteed Potatoes
