- Our apartments are located in an excellent location with easy access to the George Street and Grassmarket areas where you will find the best of Edinburgh's restaurants and nightlife, and close Princes Street and The Royal Mile.
- The apartments offer style and comfort with space and convenience. Serviced apartments are an excellent option for the weekend, providing a flexible and "homely" alternative to the traditional hotel stay. The apartments contain fully equipped kitchen which includes microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, crockery and cutlery. Bathrooms have bath/shower. Bedrooms include linen, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. Lounge area includes sofas, TV, DVD and CD players for your entertainment.

- With great value accommodation, a wide range of exciting outdoor activities during the day, a licensed Clubhouse for great food and liquid refreshment, and the night-life of nearby Grantown on Spey & Aviemore, there can't be many better value locations in the UK for a celebration weekend away with your friends!
Your Scottish Highlands Weekend includes:
- 2 nights accommodation at the converted farmhouse.

Farmhouse sleeps up to 27 people over four rooms.
In the communal area there is a TV/DVD player and a radio/CD player with MP3 docking. - The Bunkhouse is double-glazed and central heated.
- There is also a kitchen and living area
- During the day you can choose from a wealth of activities including Archery, Golf, High Ropes, Clay Pigeon, and canoeing.
- Saturday morning enjoy a breakfast of toast, cereal, orange juice, tea & Coffee and bacon rolls before you head off to enjoy your first chosen activity.
- A lunch is included before you then commence your second activity of the day.
- Additional activities can be added to the package for an additional cost.
- Saturday evening is yours to do as you please.

- So you fancy a bit of quality on your weekend? Perhaps with leisure facilities? Our three star hotels are nice but for the extra touch of class this might be for you!
- The 4 star hotels we use are well located, close to Grassmarket, Royal Mile and Princes Street, and have been tried and tested by the Maximise team so you're guaranteed a comfortable stay. Breakfast is always included in your package (assuming you are up in time to eat it!) and the rooms are furnished to a comfortable standard, complete with all the usual amenities you would expect to find at a four star property.
