- Under the watchful eye of an instructor you will tackle a daunting rock face. Previous experience or an Olympic standard of fitness is not necessary - all you need is a sense of adventure and some determination!
In extreme weather conditions there is an indoor climbing centre available instead.

- This is a must do event for any groups travelling to South Wales and wanting a great day out!
- Navigate around the coastline and rock sides of South Wales, leap into the sea and pools, and climb the rock face to rejoin your group. Your experienced instructor will guide you to all the prime locations with fantastic sea jumps, breath taking scenery and direct you to our local wildlife. - Tug-of-war with the best the ocean has to offer on a custom boat for a full day! Drinking bets on who gets what catch are customary on a stag weekend!
- With a helpful and experienced skipper aboard and a little co-operation from the weather, an excellent day is guaranteed! Exclusive hire of the boat for a full day of sea fishing. Training will be available for beginners. Tea and coffee will be available during the day, you will need to bring lunch and drinks with you on the day. Please wear suitable clothing for all weather conditions. Don't forget your suntan lotion on those sunny days! A hat is also advisable in the sun. Rod hire and bate can be purchased on the day for a total of £100, you will be advised by your skipper on the best selections.

- DODGE, DIP, DUCK, DIVE AND DODGE! You’ve seen the film and we know you’re dying to throw balls at people, preying on the weak and vulnerable! But do we care about them.....not really, in fact that's what makes it funny! Anyway here is your chance!
- The aim of the game is to eliminate the opposition by either hitting them with an direct throw or catching a direct throw from the opposition- The winners are the team that eliminate all their opponents or have the most players left at the end. We'll give you a referee to explain the rest! We can run the event for any number over 8... The only criteria for participation is a sense of humour and a willingness to have a bash at something different and fun! You can run around as much or little as you like, the balls don’t sting....much, and are not as hard as the ones in the movie. It’s like being a kid again, only without the tantrums (we hope!)
