It also allows you to pay for others if they can only pay you directly, allows you to keep track of who has paid and who has not and it allows you to view and print off your itinerary including maps and directions. You can even buy hen and stag weekend accessories and t-shirts....basically MyWeekend Online allows you to manage your group with minimal hassle.

How do I make an enquiry?  
Simple really! You can either call us now on 0208 236 0111 or there are 4 ways to make an enquiry via our website and the buttons are clearly visible at the top of each location page. You can 1. Request a call-back to discuss ideas for your weekend. 2. Make an online enquiry for an email reply to any specific questions. 3. Check availability for a specific package. 4. Use our build your own tool to create the exact weekend of your choice and send that to us to check best prices.

What happens when I make an enquiry?  
Firstly you are assigned a dedicated account manager based on your chosen location. We want to make sure you are speaking to someone who knows your destination well and can advise you on your weekend. It is important that we speak to you to discuss your weekend. You want to get this right for all of your friends so speaking to us will allow us to get the weekend itinerary exactly right first time. This initial chat will help us to help you and will actually save you time rather than getting the wrong itinerary or missing out on any new offers or products that our team can inform you of.

Making a Booking
When should I book?  
You should book as early as possible! Booking early gets you the better hotels in the best location, it also means you are more likely to get the exact time you want for your activities. The later you leave it the less likely it is that your ideal time will be available.

Do I need exact numbers to make my booking?  
No not at all. We have been doing this for years and we know that getting the final numbers can be difficult so to encourage you to book as early as possible we do not take a per person deposit. This means you can confidently book your weekend and give us your best guess of how many you think will attend. You can change numbers up and down until the agreed date for the final payment and you are not liable for anyone who drops out.

How much deposit is required?  
We require a £50 deposit from the group leader plus a best estimate of the group size. We will then get your booking in place and send a confirmation and information on what to do next. On receipt of confirmation, each group member will be required to pay a £25 deposit to secure their place within 14 days of the date of booking. You can send each person an email invite which will show the weekend details and give them instructions on how to pay their deposit. The group are required to pay their balance 6 weeks prior to the weekend. Please be aware that the initial £25 deposit is non-refundable. However you will not be charged for changing your numbers before the balance due date. Changes made after the balance due date are subject to a £20 admin fee.

How do I invite everyone on my list?  
Maximise can help you here. As group leader you will have access to MyWeekend Online - our very own group management system. In here you can add your friends to the group and then send them a great invite that shows them the full itinerary with descriptions and images of the hotels, activities and nightlife. Your friends can then click the pay online button and pay for their own attendance. In a separate area, you will be able to see who has paid, resend invites to those lagging behind or remove those unable to attend. Easy!

Can my group pay individually rather than me collecting the money?  
Yes! They will all receive the invite from you and can all pay online by credit card or debit card or by online bank transfer. And even if they do give you the cash you can use MyWeekend Online to make a payment yourself and then allocate the money to the person who has paid you.

Can individuals pay in installments?  
With MyWeekend Online, individuals can log on and pay any amount whenever they want. So if the package price is £150 and you are going away in six months time they could login once a month and pay £30 a month. Each time a payment is made, MyWeekend Online will calculate and display how much each person has paid and how much each person has outstanding.

How can we pay?  
You and each member of your group can can pay online through your MyWeekend online area. Maximise accepts major credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers via online banking. There is a 2.5% charge for all credit cards and a £0.50 transaction charge for debit cards. Bank Transfers are free of charge.

Can I make changes after a deposit is made?  
Yes no problem. We are here to help and take the hassle away from you as the organiser. You will have your own account manager and a team to back them up, so as long as we have enough notice and availibility is ok, we can make changes.

What happens after I pay my deposit?  
Maximise will ensure everything is booked according to your specific itinerary. We will then send you a confirmation of your weekend that outlines what you have booked and how much you have paid. It will also inform you of your final payment date, when you need to let us know your final group size.

Can you book last minute?  
We know that sometimes someone in a group thought someone else was doing all the arrangements! Maximise have strong relationships with all suppliers and can often help with last minute planning and can often place in good hotels despite the late booking as we work on allocation with many hotels. Give our weekend team a call and they will be able to help you.

What type of hotels do you use?  
We aim to provide the best value for money accommodation in the most central locations for your chosen destination. Our standard hotels are 3 star hotels in twin or triple rooms, all with en-suite, all with breakfast included and all with a bar! All our hotels are selected by our team and must be suitable for stag and hen groups. Our team rates the hotels according to location, facilities, service and the bar! Overseas destinations often come with pools in the sunnier resorts and we can also provide excellent apartments in all destinations.

Can you provide different quality hotels?  
Maximise work with major hotel chains as well as good quality independent hotels. We have a stock of over 1000 hotels from luxury 5* right down to budget B&B for those just wanting somewhere to rest their weary head! We even have a great range of 3 and 4 star apartments in almost every destination so if you want a bit of private luxury then we can help. When discussing your weekend with our weekend team you can ask to upgrade to 4 star with leisure facilities or ask for decent budget alternatives. We place thousands of stag and hens and our hotels are tried and tested, in great locations and because of the volumes we place, great value!

How far will the hotel be from the centre of town?  
Over the years we have built strong relationships with a wide range of central hotels in each location we operate. We will provide you with the best options dependant on the amount of time you give us. This is why we encourage you to plan and book well in advance. Booking two months before you go limits options available but booking six months ahead of travel will ensure you the best and most central hotels.

Are your activities the best available?  
Over 15 years of experience has helped us to build up the best suppliers for activities. There are often two, three or even four options for many of the activities in each location. Using this information we are able to do assess which site is best for your group, which site is closest to your hotel, which site fits in best with the rest of your itinerary so that we can thereby reduce the amount of travelling you have to do.

How far are the activities from our hotel?  
We will always look at the logistics of every element of your weekend. We will choose the best site for your group and will always consider timings to help the weekend run smoothly. There is nothing worse than having to rush around on a weekend away! There are very few sites that are more than 30 minutes away from the hotel but in these unusual circumstances we will always inform you.

Do you provide transport to the activities?  
For UK destinations we do not include transport to the activities in our package prices. We provide full details and maps for all activities so groups can get there under their own steam. We can of course organise transport through our network of minibus companies who work with us and will be happy to provide you with a price to get you to your activities and back. In our EU destinations we generally include transfers and this will be stated in the activity description. If it is not mentioned then please ask us and we can provide a transfer quote.

Can we chose the start times for our activities?  
We will make every effort to start your chosen activities at the time you request however the later you book your weekend the less likely you are to get the exact time. Some activities have a fixed time, our weekend team will advise you of timings of events.

Are Flights Included?
We do not include flights in our packages as groups often travel from different UK airports to their destination, so it is usually easier for your group to book flights yourself. Our team are familiar with route options and are able to help and advise. We will take care of the rest; from meeting you at the arrival airport and arranging all elements of your weekend in your chosen destination. We recommend that you book your flights as early as possible to take advantage of the cheapest deals available. You can visit to compare flights from any UK airport to any of our overseas destinations.

Do you have terms and conditions?  
Yes we do. Like every professional company we do and you should only book with a company that does. Terms and conditions are there to protect both you and us.

Should I get travel insurance?  
We strongly recommend that you do. Maximise advise that you arrange adequate insurance to accommodate your party and their requirements for UK and overseas travel. It is important that you ensure that any insurance policy covers the duration of travel, the cost of cancellation by you and/or any member of your party, personal accident, medical and emergency evacuation, loss of monies and participation in your chosen activities. You should make sure that the insurance cover is adequate for your confirmed itinerary as some policies do not cover all activities so please check with your insurer before purchasing. You should also check that any activities organised outside of the arrangements with Maximise are also covered.

What if there is an emergency or we have a problem on our weekend?  
Maximise provide 24 hour emergency telephone numbers in all locations for our local reps who can be with you quickly if there is a problem. Generally they can sort out problems, give directions or advice over the phone - it is reassuring to know that someone is on hand to help if you need it. Most weekend companies leave you to your own devices and do not provide this service.
