If however you want to explore a little further afield, Chester has a great bus network which is in service throughout the day and evening. Taxis are always available in the city both day and night and can be flagged down on the street. By Air: Chester is served by both Manchester Airport (40 mins away) and Liverpool Airport (30 mins away) and see both national and international flights arriving daily. On arrival at either of these airports you'll find a whole host of travel options for your onward journey to Chester including buses, coaches, trains and taxis.
By Train: Travelling to Chester by train is a really easy and relaxing way to start your hen weekend celebrations. Chester Railway station has great connections to London Euston, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Cardiff and the North Wales coast. Trains arrive and depart to Manchester and Liverpool every 15 minutes so whether you are travelling to Chester or want to get out and explore on your hen weekend, you can do it with ease! London is just 2 hours away from Chester by train which makes travelling to the city accessible to almost everyone.
By Road: The main motorway links to Chester are the M6, M56 and the M53. Once in the city, driving is relatively straightforward and there is ample parking except through peak times when the city can get quite congested.

Great weekend life drawing and cocktail making in Chester last weekend. We had a great giggle! Cocktail making was good fun too!

Ideal location, lots to do with very mixed nightlife for young and old, good variety. The quad biking was highlight, really enjoyed this it was great fun!
