Take a trip to Barcelona: Barcelona is only 70 km away so it's a great place to visit on your weekend in Spain. There are loads of ways of getting there but the fastest and the cheapest ways are by train or bus.
Water World: Head for a fun day out at Water World, just outside Lloret on the road inland to Vidreres. This is Europe's biggest water park with a host of attractions including a 250 metre long rubber raft ride over steep hills, round sharp bends and through dark tunnels.
