Salou is becoming a top stag destination in Spain with plenty of reasons to visit. Many will come in search of the sunshine and stunning beaches during the summer, but our stags want a little something more. There's plenty of activities to keep you occupied during the day, ranging from stag favourites such as quad biking and golf to spa days and jeep safaris. For those who want to hit the waves there's booze cruises as well as plenty of water sports to try out. When the evening comes prepare for some cheap nights out with pints averaging £1.75 and the rest of the drinks not much more expensive. The bars are great for stags and the nightclubs are incredible, going on into the early hours. Salou is an unforgettable stag experience, so don't miss out.

Things to see in Salou

In short, absolutely loads! Salou is a huge playground with loads of stuff to do. If you've got a little more time we'd advise going for a long weekend to make sure you can fit everything in. The city hosts Saloufest in April, a university sporting event filled with DJs and all-night parties, for those who want something unique. For those who want something a little more tried and tested, Port Aventura is right on your doorstep. Since opening in 1995, Spain's premier theme park is one of the most adrenaline fuelled days out stags can have! We don't suggest going on the roller coasters drunk, but it's an epic way to spend a day! Salou is also host to some incredible annual sporting events!  Need more? Check out our activities and nightlife options!

Great hotel, near the beach and close enough to walk back from the club. PortAventura was brilliant, however I advise not to go on the rides drunk. #LiveandLearn
